Refund Policy

Realisely provides a 60 days return policy to its clients. Realisely cannot offer a refund to any of its clients if it is over two (02) months since the purchase, but we do offer an exchange. The digital code or online access key that you have should be intact if you want to receive any compensation from the company. (Company, we, us means realisely).

 

Refunds

After receiving an application for a refund from your end we will inform you via email that your application has been received and we are working on it. It is our obligation that after processing your application we let you know whether we are moving your application forward or not. If your application is approved, a refund will be given and the money will be reimbursed into the bank account or deposited within 14 business days of the approval. 

If even after 14 days you do not receive your reimbursement you should contact your bank whose credit card you have used to purchase the product. It is notified to you that if you do not receive your funds even after following all the procedures written in this refund policy, you can always contact us. All the contact information is provided on this page. 

 

Sale Products  

Only regular-priced products can be refunded. The products that were bought while on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges(If Applicable)

We can exchange your digital card/access code if they are somehow broken or have some kind of fault in them. You will have to send us an email if you want to change it to an identical one. We will look into it right away after receiving the email.

 

Presents

If the product is marked as a present/gift when it was ordered and sent out, you will receive an email that will have a digital coupon for the amount of your refund. It should be noted that the digital coupon will only be given if the product is returned back unused. 

The giver will be given the refund if :

  1. The product is not marked as a present.
  2. The present giver has received the email at his email address to give it to you later on.

 

How to Make a Cancellation:

Students should contact us at ([email protected]) as soon as possible. In the email, the student should explain why he is withdrawing from the course and should provide evidence to back up their claims.
